The problem
She had the credentials: a doctor, a published author, a philanthropist running healing retreats. What she didn’t have was anything that showed it. No logo, no branding, no website, no company profile.
People who join a healing retreat are trusting someone with something personal. They research first. When the research turns up nothing, they don’t book, however good the practitioner is.
What I did
- Created the logo and complete branding, calm and credible rather than generic “wellness”, so it carried her medical background as well as the healing work.
- Designed and wrote the website, with founder and team profiles, so visitors could see who runs the retreats before they signed up.
- Designed the company profile and reports that present her retreats and events to participants, partners and venues.
- Ran her retreats and events online: listings, updates and changes as the programme grew.
Deliverables
- Logo and brand identity
- Website with content, founder and team profiles
- Company profile
- Retreat and event reports
- Ongoing online management of retreats and events
The result
She went from no presence to a complete brand and digital identity that represents her as an established practitioner.
Her retreats and events now run on a professional online base instead of word of mouth alone.
