The problem
Ryaan Ranch Wildlife Trust does its work on the ground, not online. When I started, there was no logo, no branding, no website and nothing to hand to an official, a partner or a forest authority that showed what the Trust actually does.
For a non-profit, that gap is expensive. Authorities, partners and future supporters all ask the same question first: is this a real, organised entity? Without a brand and a record of work, the honest answer looked like “maybe”.
What I did
- Created the logo and complete branding from zero, built to sit comfortably on a government submission and on a website alike.
- Designed and wrote the website, including founder and trustee profiles, so anyone checking the Trust can see who stands behind it.
- Designed the company profile, a short document the Trust can send to any partner or official in one email.
- Designed the Annual Activity Report 2025-26, turning a year of field work into a structured report fit for submission to authorities.
Deliverables
- Logo and brand identity
- Website with content, founder and trustee profiles
- Company profile
- Annual Activity Report 2025-26
The result
The Trust went from no presence at all to a complete brand and digital identity in one engagement.
It now presents as what it is: an established, accountable organisation, with a website, a profile and an annual report that document its work.
“The Trust’s work happens in the field, and for a long time we had nothing to show for it beyond photographs. Swaranjit gave us a logo, a website and an annual report that present Ryaan Ranch as the organisation it actually is. When we submit our report to the authorities now, it speaks for us.”
