The problem
Taylor is a born marketer. He could walk into a Dallas plumbing firm, a roofer or a family-run shop and close the deal. What he didn’t have was a brand of his own, a company profile to show clients, or a reliable way to deliver the websites he was selling.
A salesman without a delivery partner hits a ceiling fast. Every new client becomes a risk instead of revenue.
What I did
- Built Taylor’s own brand first: logo, complete branding and a company profile he could put in front of prospects.
- Became his design and build partner. He sold, I delivered. From 2013 to 2021 that meant more than 150 websites for small businesses and tradies across Dallas.
- Gave every client a brand, not just a template. Each business got branding and a website that made a local trade look established and trustworthy.
- Managed the websites after launch, handling changes and updates so Taylor’s clients stayed happy and stayed with him.
- Organised the process so a growing pipeline didn’t turn into chaos: a repeatable way to brief, build, launch and maintain.
Deliverables
- Logo, branding and company profile for Taylor’s business
- 150+ small business websites with branding
- Ongoing website changes and maintenance
The result
Taylor’s business scaled to more than 150 small business clients in Dallas, with every website designed, built and maintained from India.
It is the clearest proof I have that a remote partner, ten and a half hours ahead, can be more dependable than a local one.
“I hired Swaranjit to organise my website business, simplify my process and create websites that communicated. Between 2013 and 2021 he built my own brand and more than 150 websites for my clients across Dallas. I sold, he delivered, and the work held up every time.”
